Bava Family Grove -- Bio,Farming ,and Mission Statement
We are a 3rd and 4th generation small family farm located in northern California. Our estate olive grove consists of 400 trees of which 60 are in production with 12 meditereanean varieties. All are hand harvested and pressed on the same day at a certified organic, state of the art mill, to produce our International Competition Gold Medal blend. We practice sustainable farming and use no chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Our Mission is to sell out early each year in order to provide ore merchants and customers with wonderful FRESH extra virgin olive oil each January.
